RU TRAINING RIDER OF THE YEAR
I did this last year and got lots of nominations but kept it pretty low key. This year I will award a bottle of my finest VINO Tinto to the South West Rider voted Rider of the Year.
At the moment I am looking for nominations just leave a comment anonymously if you like with your nomination and why. I will then take the top three and leave it to public vote. Although you will need to register to be able to take part in the public vote.

That Junior Heffernan has had a storming season, heard hes done really well in triathlon in britain and ireland.
So two more then Rob willcocks and junior hefferman although I may need to change the award title.

The only pool I have (or had) is the birthing pool that we had 5 weeks ago - believe me you wouldn't want to get in that!!
I can't believe you actually put me on there!! Say by some miracle I win? That'll be hillarious! I only did 2 tris (got 15th and 18th) and 2 TT's where I set personal worsts. I did bugger all training due to illness so couldn't do anymore!

Looks like Rob Willcocks is making a list minute dash for the line. He managed to gain his elite license this year and has had various wins including one with me on the s4 /10 2 up apparently breaking the course record.
But it looks like it is a straight fight between Adam and John Locke.
John Locke has been injured for a large periof of this year but has stil managed to gain his elite license and even had three wins in a row no mean feat in road racing.
So get voting only three days left

Most of the riders I know are away on the beast this weekend so it might be a bit quiet.
I won't keep up on a chaingang at the moment - I've done nearly 6 weeks of nothing! We had our 2nd child so sleep is not on the menu! You'll be waiting for me wuite a bit!

I am the kind of guy who loves to taste new stuff. Right now I'm constructing my own solar panels. I'm doing it all by myself without the assistance of my men. I'm utilizing the net as the only path to acheive this. I came across a very brilliant site that explains how to build solar panels and wind generators. The website explains all the steps needed for solar panel construction.
I am not sure bout how precise the data given there iz. If some experts over here who had experience with these things can have a peak and give your feedback in the page it will be great and I'd highly value it, cause I extremely would love to try solar panel construction.
