Hello, would be quite interested in this. This is my first racing season so would be good to get some guidance / good training etc, Keith lilley suggested coming along on saturdays but haven't had the time.
Got my base training to 160 miles a week so far but would that be ok to come along. Got no power what so ever from taking it easy over the hills all winter.
