Weds weather not to bad apparently meet 4.15 Novotel for 1 hour or 1 and Half on Billacombe road. Thurs at 2.15 Novotel again as long as not bad 2 and half easy. will txt Keith Lilley and Stu hall- Kairn
Sat 0800 Novotel - 4 hours steady
Sun 0900 Novotel - 4-5 hours with cafe stop
Sat 0800 Novotel - 4 hours steady

You can be a Lance or an Ullrich u decide??

Would love to join you guys for a training ride but you'll leave me behind! I would love to get back into cycling after a long lay off - would I be welcome? I live close to the Novotel so could meet up once in a while! :-)

Do you know when you'll be training next week? I may not be able to make it at the weekend.

Just look out for the post on Sunday night. It will have info on it. It will probably be do your own thing until Thursday then 1600 novotel for speed work 1330 Friday 3hours and sat 0800 and Sun 0900 all Novotel. I hope to see you over the weekend if you can make it.
If I can't make it at the weekend, I should be able to make it next Friday afternoon at 1330. Where do you normally ride to in those 3 hours? I live in Higher Compton, by the way - so I'm a few minutes ride away from the Novotel.
