After nearly three years the time has come to close my blog. It has become an unweidly monster and needs to be let loose on society.
So standby for the all new rutraining website with
its own forum, coaches corner, race diary, race reports and training section.
This will be an open to all website with coaches corner being a registered section.
Thanks to all of you who have supported this blog over the years.
Link will be posted here once the website is up and running

I have aset up a small private community site on the right of the page. Sign up to receive free cycling tips from other users and maybe if you want to sell something or even show of your bike.
This is a two way process so those that have signed up need to give a little guys....

Next year Rob Willcocks and I will be racing for Somerset Road Club. Our team mate will be none other than "shooter" Greg Sandy and and the "Reemer" Kelvin Price. The club has decided to sponsor 4 riders and I hope we will be able to repay them with lots of results.

Lots of tired legs but a great group of stalwart riders backed up by the Shred CC lads. 5 hours of hills heading towards Torquay with a quick cofee stop and then steady ride back. Although Martin did win the sprint for Ivybridge. Great ride but now am shattered only one more day to go.
